Their Dining Room, Lobby Bar, Lounge and Lakeside Terrace are all available for dining and open to non-residents of the hotel. Their innovative food is made using seasonal and locally sourced produce. They have a separate vegan menu that includes dishes such as leek and potato soup, wild mushroom risotto, and warm chocolate brownie with raspberry sorbet.
