Heart Beet Kitchen offers vegan, organic, locally sourced, gluten-free cuisine for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Their lunch and dinner menu includes an interesting series of dishes including portobello and heart beet burgers, tempeh tacos, peanut-free pad thai, eggplant "meatballs", quinoa caesar salad, cashew cheese board, and BBQ chickpea pizza (amongst many other varieties to try).
Their breakfast selection features a flax and millet bagel, waffles, and a nut butter sandwich. They also serve a variety of vegan smoothies, coffee, almond milks, teas, kombucha and maple water.
