Get Back to Basics offers a whole food plant based menu, which uses whole, unrefined, or minimally refined plants. They use local and sustainable community resources whenever possible and stay away from highly refined or processed foods, sugars, and oils. 99.9% of the menu is also gluten-free. Dishes might include Chickpea Meatloaf, Chocolate Chia Pudding, or Sushi Rolls.
