Taco & Dilla Parlor is a taco & quesadilla joint in central Phoenix that smashes the stereotype of traditional tacos and fare. The owners started the business as a food truck back in 2011 and created the Parlor for their customers to enjoy amazing food and not have to track down the truck in the heat. Focusing mainly on takeout, there are 9 seats available to dine in and enjoy the vibe. There are vegan tacos and quesadillas available.
