The Warren is a is a bar & restaurant based in the historic Welsh town of Carmarthen. The menu changes seasonally, but there are always vegan and gluten-free options. Brunch dishes have included slow-roasted garlic aubergine with beetroot pearl couscous, cucumber, mint, and tahini or a thali with tomato and aubergine dhal, beetroot Thai curry, carrot chutney, raita, turmeric rice & pickled red cabbage with flatbread.
Local produce is used whenever possible.
The Warren won gold award for the most exciting new tourism business in Carmarthen.
