Beetroot Sauvage is a fully vegan café serving breakfast, lunch, dinner, coffee, and drinks. There is an emphasis on everything being both healthy and indulgent. Breakfast includes smoothie bowls and a cooked breakfast, which is available all day. In addition to a Mediterranean mezze platter, there is a vegan cheese platter. A selection of vegan cakes is available for dessert.
