La Suite West is a minimalist boutique hotel in London with a vegan restaurant called Café Forty One. You can visit the restaurant without being a guest at the hotel. They offer a deliciously unique vegan twist on classic favourites. Menus focus on seasonal, healthy, fresh and sustainable ingredients for breakfast, lunch, all-day dessert and afternoon tea. At the heart of the café are contemporary vegan alternatives to French pâtisserie favourites.
Dishes have included savoury mushroom and black bean porridge, courgette and sun-dried tomato quiche, and smoked "salmon" and pomegranate salad. Their French pâtisserie items include chocolate and praline millefeuille, and raspberry, matcha and apricot entremet.
