Corarima is an Ethiopian and Eritrean restaurant serving gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan cuisine. The entire menu is gluten-free and nearly all dishes are also vegan. Main dishes are mostly various traditional vegetable stews that are served with injera, leavened pancakes made of teff flour.
