The Inn at Welland is located in a rural setting with lovely views of the Malvern Hills. The food is always made from scratch using local ingredients whenever possible. There is a separate vegan & vegetarian menu that also features gluten-free options. The menu changes seasonally, but vegan options have included, for example, carpaccio of saffron potato as a starter, mille feuille of artichokes with salt-baked beetroot, celeriac purée, pearl barley, and vegan jus as a main, and for dessert, aquafaba pavlova.
