Leon restaurants serve both tasty and healthy foods, inspired by Mediterranean cuisine. The award-winning restaurants use all natural, fair-trade and/or organic ingredients. Vegan options include toast with cinnamon and date butter, porridge with fruit compote, meatless meatballs, rainbow mezze salad, edamame, lemongrass and chilli burgers, falafel wraps, baked fries, peanut butter jelly brownies, mini red velvet cupcakes and rose pistachio donuts. Leon is a founding member of the Sustainable Restaurant Association. They minimise packaging, food transport and food wastage. Leftover foods are given to charity. The packaging at Leon restaurants is biodegradable.
