The Dining Room is serving dishes made from locally sourced ingredients and tries to widen the culinary horizon of its guests. Every day the menu of the restaurant is adjusted to a certain style of cuisine, this includes an exclusively plant-based cuisine. Vegan options are guaranteed to be available every day. The food is usually served in many small courses.
