Fat Hippo Underground specialises in all things burger and invites guests to “go underground” and enjoy their meals in a stylish Victorian cellar. There are dedicated vegan, gluten-free and dairy-free menus and guests can select from a number of starters and mains, such as the Notorious VFC with plant-based “chicken” or the Shroom Raider with portobello garlic mushroom. To wash it all down, there is a large drinks list to choose from, offering lager, stout, IPA, ale, cider, wine, soft drinks and more.
