Northcote is a hotel with a Michelin-starred restaurant, open to non-residents. The cuisine focuses on regional produce, much of it grown organically in the hotel’s own garden. The plant-based à la carte menu features a choice of innovatively prepared starters, mains and desserts. The tasting menu has each dish paired with a carefully selected fine wine. Dairy-free dishes can be arranged for vegan guests, who should advise the staff when making their booking.
