Tribeca produces and sells organic, raw vegan ice cream. The creamy kinds are made from homemade rice or nut milk and cold-pressed coconut oil. The sorbets are solely made from fresh fruit. Tribeca uses coconut sugar, raw cane sugar, tapioka or rice sirup for sweetening: No refined sugar! The superfoods make Tribeca ice cream even more special: Maca, lucuma, cocoa beans, baobab, acai, turmeric, moringa, goji berries or chia seeds enrich the ice cream creations. What's more: This raw vegan ice cream is not only healthy but also contains 30% calories than normal ice cream.
