Sunrise Cafe

Sunrise Café is a local café in downtown offering breakfast, lunch and dinner in a casual dining environment. There is also the option for take-out and catering services are available.

The café offers both classic dishes and influences from around the world, from wraps to rice bowls and from grills to salads, soups and sides. Where possible the food is organic and is all sourced as locally as possible then used with love to make dishes from scratch.

There are many vegan options throughout the menu so you will probably be spoilt for choice, on top of which there are frequent specials which have in the past included such delights as the Vegan Lentil Loaf and the Vegan Bourbon Chicken with Red Beans and Rice. There is also Taco Tuesdays which include the Vegan option of the Vegano Taco with wilted ramp greens, and seasoned grilled zucchini.

The carryout containers that Sunrise Café use are all compostable, and there is an agreement with a local farm to compost all Sunrise’s food and paper waste.
