Vegan entrées include the yemser azifah (cooked whole lentil salad seasoned with ginger, garlic, white pepper, lemon and mustard seed), biblik atkilt (green beans, zucchini, carrots, green peppers and onions, sautéed in garlic, ginger and tomatoes) and the eggplant tibs (eggplant and zucchini sautéed with garlic, and onions, in turmeric (mild) or Berbere (hot) sauce).
