There is a vegan menu on offer consisting of the following dishes. Starters: Roasted pepper ciabatta (peppers, garlic, tomato, red onion & balsamic dressing on a ciabatta), tomato salsa dip (homemade salsa with crunchy carrot batons & celery for dipping), guacamole with tomatoes (chopped tomatoes blended into a classic guacamole and tortilla chips). Mains: Homemade spicy potato curry (made from potatoes, chickpeas, spices, coconut milk, tomatoes & peas), mixed bean rice (red kidney beans, black eyed beans, borlotti beans and haricot beans, mixed with rice & seasoning), cherry tomato, chickpea & pepper salad, with a homemade lemon & pepper dressing, roasted vegetable couscous (a medley of roasted vegetables cooked in olive oil on a bed of couscous). Dessert: Fresh fruit salad with sorbet.
