Stuff I Eat is a sunny and spacious restaurant serving all-vegan and organic dishes. They don't use refined sugars, artificial flavors, artificial colors, or preservatives in their food. They also have a "No Waste Policy" in an effort to reduce their carbon footprint and promote a healthy, eco-friendly lifestyle, where you take your leftovers home in a biodegradable, eco-friendly takeout container. They serve lunch and dinner, and breakfast on weekends.
They have several raw dishes and desserts. Their dishes include a famous Soul Food Platter that contains yams, mac n’ cheese, BBQ tofu, kale greens, black-eyed peas, cornbread muffin, potato salad and coleslaw. They also serve enchilada pie, nut burgers, quesadillas, tofu tacos, carrot un-tuna salad and burritos.
