Dublin Pizza Company is a pizzeria serving a selection of Italian-style pizzas. The owner travelled to Naples to learn from the best, then built their own wood fire oven and polytunnel to grow fresh, organic ingredients. Their offer vegan options that include the melanza pizza containing roasted aubergine, cherry vine tomatoes, grilled onions, smoked garlic, toasted pine nuts and rocket.
