Joia is an upscale vegetarian restaurant that serves gourmet and natural cuisine. All of the ingredients are organic, most of them from local farmers, the others from their synergistic garden. Nature is the first source of inspiration and dishes and menus are seasonal. They also offer a selection of interesting wines, pressed juices and herbal infusions - all organic.
At lunch, you can enjoy a dish, salad, water and coffee. For dinner, they offer a four-course menu. They also offer several tasting menus. There are always vegan and gluten-free options. Dishes change frequently but have included tempeh in caper sauce, buckwheat lasagna with artichokes, avocado pâtè, pappardelle with almond and corn fondue, and chocolate cake.
